The whole experience was extremely efficient and well organised from the booking to our stay. I would definitely use justonehotel.com again and recommend to my friends/business contacts.

Top Tip
The area is not the best to be in Milan, but the hotel is very handy for the station. If you dont want to pay €25 for breakfast there is a very good Cafe New York around tha back a coffee and crossiant only €2.20!

The hotel was very elligant and the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious, overall an enjoyable stay

Top Tip
central station just across from the hotel, very convienient if you wish to go on a day trip to venice etc. The duomo cathedral is amazing a must see, especially the views from the roof. Around the cathedral is the various shopping streets from designer labels such as Louis Vutton, prada etc to affordable shopping stores such as H&M etc

Drinks far too espensive in the piano bar - on the whole quite a posh hotel and therefore a bit intimidating. Concierge at hotel very helpful - directed us to local restaurants which were quite trendy and reasonably priced.

Top Tip
Head to into Brera (Art Museum area) though for bigger choise of bars and restaurants, many of which were good value. Look out for drinks prices though or you can get stung!

Arrived at hotel late at nite due to flight delay. Staff were very very polite. Breakfast in the hotel is out of this world from the mozzarella to the pastries. Duomo is 10-15 mins walk also there is a city site seeing bus which stops almost opposite the hotel and goes around all the monuments and historical attractions of milan.

Location of hotel right next to Central Statzione makes both travel around city by Metro and travel by train or coach to/from airport (both Malpensa and Linate) very straightforward. Avoid a room on the first floor left hand corner of the building. The noise from the trams from 5.30am( and later car horns)was deafening. Room decor was also rather "tired" and not up to scratch for a 5* hotel. We requested another room and the reception staff were very happy to oblige, providing us with a superior (and quiet!) room on a higher floor, which we were very happy with.

Top Tip
If you appreciate "fine dining" experiences, would recommend "Cracco" (on Victor Hugo). This is a superlative restaurant with 2 Michelin stars.

I realy enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located next to the Central Station and walking distance to the major shopping areas and to Duomo (Well I love to walk). The breakfast was good and I realy can't fault the hotel.

Top Tip
Enjoy local meals from local restaurants/cafe's around. Avoid looking too much like a tourist and you'll have a good time. Ladies......shopping was fantastic especially BAGS
